About Your Appointment

Appointments: Please call 816-254-7800 to arrange an appointment with our office, or you may Request an Appointment. We will phone you the day before your appointment for confirmation. For the benefit of all our patients, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if an appointment cannot be met.

Current patients: You may review financial account information, change demographic information about yourself, and send email to our staff at our secure login area.

New patients: We welcome new patients to our practice. You may request an appointment by clicking here. On your first appointment, we request that you arrive early so you can complete a brief health history information sheet or you may download the PDF version beforehand.

Insurance: We accept most major insurance, and are a preferred provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City and Delta Dental. Please bring your dental insurance forms to your appointment. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your forms with your insurance company for you.

Emergencies: If you have a dental emergency, please dial 816-254-7800. If you call after hours, you will be prompted to press "0" to have us paged.

Referrals: The highest compliment our patients can give is the referral of their friends, family and colleagues. Thanks to your referrals, our practice continues to grow.
